Goal: Im tired of being that ripped up guy whose is somewhat big! My goal is to gain as much mass by x-mass while i keep my BF% under 13%

Current Workout schedule

Sunday: chest/tri
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Back/BI
Wensday: off
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
Saturday: off

Current weight 166
Current BF% 9

Diet

7:00am- WPI shake

8:30- 5 eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup FF Milk

11:00- 1 WW Wrap, Can of tunna, Broclii, salad

Workout

Post workout- IDS smartgainer

4:30- Chicken/Steak/Fish, Broclii/asparagus, Sweetpotatoe/Brown rice, Salad

5:00-8:00 pm Very strenous work at UPS

8:00pm Ids Weight gainer shake

10:30pm cottage cheese

11:00pm bedtime
