I'm 24 yrs old
Been consistantly training for the last 2 years.
Around 189cm or 6ft 2in tall.
Weigh around 80kg or 176lbs.
Body fat: 10% (taken last week on a pair of those scales , not taking the reading as gospal)

Measurements:
Calves: L&R = 35.5 cm
Thighs: L&R = 55.5 cm
Hip: 87 cm
Waist: 84 cm
Chest: 99.5 cm
Shoulders: 113.5cm
Arms: R&L = 32 cm
* all measurements taken relaxed.


Heres the plan:

I'll explain each new phase as I get to it. I chose the length of each phase purely by how I could fit them in so that I could take a break over christmas and new year.
The overall plan will most likely change, but the goal is simple and will stay the same: Stack on as much muscle before summer, then cut as much fat off as I can before Christmas!!

Below is the book that I predominantly used when setting up this workout schedual, for those who are interested in doing something similar. I did consult other resources, and use my past training experience to customize the workouts to best work for me and my goals, therefore my schedual and workouts vary slightly to the guidelines in the book.
It is a great book, and I reccomend it highly... I just noticed it also happens to be nearly half price at amazon.com at the momment.
