I realize that its a pain in the ass to get in the gym sometimes. With all thats happened in my life (pretty much started in May) I am surprised that I am still lifting. Maybe I have grown. (dammit! )

Anyhow, quick synopsis.

May - realized that my shoulder is having problems - 3 weeks off
June - still troubling me, lifted through the pain.
July - realized stupidity in lifting without healing - 3 weeks off
Aug - same as July - found out I am going to be a father
Sep - Took most of Sep off to really heal up the shoulder - got engaged

So now I am starting over. I have barely lifted in 3 months. Shoulder is still giving me problems, but now I am POSITIVE that its my bed that is contributing to the pain. When I get this permanent position (find out about it on Oct 6) then I am buying a new bed!

So, what is my workout schedule. Well, I have been off and I put on fat. Dang So, for the next 3 weeks, I am going to go hard at the cardio, and not lift at all. This gives me another 3 weeks to get my shoulder 100%. I plan on doing cardio minimum 4 x per week, and doing my stretches and strengthening for my shoulder.

I will be posting a new diet that I will be following for the next 3 weeks to help with the fat loss and get me back to being used to eating properly. (sep really sucked food wise)

I know, some of you will tell me that lifting will help preserve muscle mass. I am not worried about losing some muscle. With DC, it will come back fast. When I am 100%, I will be going hard. I plan on being 230 by xmas. Just a goal I want to reach. I am tired of being (what I feel) fat. Guts gotta go!!!

Alpha, I hope you read this. i am going to be bugging you about fat loss tips again, so in the next few days, expect some PMs

I will be reposting my DC workout, and some of the more inspirational posts from my previous journal. I like to read them to keep me going.
