Well Its been awhile since I have decided to eat healthy and start to work out again.

Im planning on a 6 day program.

Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back (deadlifts)
Wednesday-Legs (squats, Calf raises)
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Biceps
Saturday-Triceps

My biggest concern is to increase my leg size, They look and feel like bean poles.
