So yesterday was my birthday! (Thank you, thank you.) Just turned 27, so I'm renewing my committement to bodybuilding. Only worked out a little yesterday. (Cause I was too busy partying, and yes I'm allowed!) I presently take Creatine, Whey Protein, Weight Gainer, multivitamin, and AA supplementation. My stats are in my sig and always updated.

Today was a lats and abs day.

Pullups 10 - 10 - 5
Upright Rows: 12x45lbs - 10x55lbs - 7 x 60lbs - 5x60lbs
Barbell Pullovers: 10x30lbs - 8x35lbs - 7x35lbs
Crunches: 200

Wish me good luck for next year! I'm hoping to be in near competition shape by then. Keep checking out my photos in the gallery. I update them regularly. Thanks to everyone who has supported me!
