I first started lifting weights for basketball, i have been lifting for almost a year now and made some great progress. Lifting weights has become a major part of my life, i train 4-5 days a week, change my training routine every 6 weeks. My short-term goal is to keep gaining lean mass, and my long term goal is to become Mr. O of course, or natural Mr. O. the way i see it, nobody trains for second place. I may never make it to the pro stage, but that's not gonna stop me from busting my ass in the gym trying to make it. It's get big or die trying
