They had a good sale at Safeway so I got 2 boxes....seems like the perfect bulking bar to me. A little high on the sugar and i'm sure its pretty high glycemic but its pretty low fat and one of the best tasting bars i've ever had. Perfect for when you're out and about and don't have time to make food and don't wanna settle for shitty fast food.
