When did this happen? I used to use BidPay a long time ago but then shortly after they changed their name to Western union I stopped using them because of so many problems they were having but today I was cruising around and found my way to Western Union only to find that they are back to calling themselves BidPay again.

Why? On the front page I says "BidPay is Back! You asked for it and we listened". I doubt it is just because people asked for the old name, could it be because BidPay had a better reputation as BidPay than when they became Western Union? or something else?
