Hello everyone I had talked to Derek and he had said to post my journal in his section. This will not be a daily updated journal just bi-weekly updating on my weight and where I am at. As many know Derek wrote an article about my transformatin found here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/beast28.htm .

It was a long road and I hope I helped some people realize that they are not along in situations like these. Thanks to all for the kind PM"S and emails sharing your stories with me. If I can be of any help to anyone please email or pm me. I would be happy to talk with you on how I overcame it and some things I still battle with. Anyways currently on a 5 day split and almost done cutting. I was up to 194 now Chuck wants me down to 180-182 in the last pics you will see taken this morning I am 182 post cardio. Ultimate goal is 200 7% BF. Chuck and D got me up to 194 about 12% so I think it is very doable.

Here are some pics first one is me at 166 , second one is be at 185 and third 194. THe last two of are of today at 182. I will be starting a bulk very soon I would imagine.

Supplements taking CEE creatine, sesamin,elastimine,Lean Green, Xtend, Muscle Milk,San's Tight,StimX, Fish oil,B-complex, Vit C, E,Multi,L-Glutamine.

I think that is it I will be test the new "Scorch and Vaporize by Man sports for 8 weeks starting next week. I look forward to this as I loved the first version of Scorch.
