I've been clean bulking with Derek and so far I've added:

1 inch to:
Arms
Legs
Chest

Forearms (1.4 inches )
Calves: (.5 inches)
Waist:29

Weight: 150-151lbs (depending on water)
BF Calipers read: 3.0-3.2%

I've also gotten way stronger on compound and iso lifts.

Any comments are welcomed
