I'm 5 ft 7 at about 13% Body Fat at 174 Pounds and right now I'm bulking, but I have read the "Cut Diet" book many times and I'm hoping I could incoporate it into my bulk.

Would you guys see it as a good bulk diet to just add some starchy low gi carbs the first half of the day of the "Cut Diet" ?

I guess I burn about 2500 calories per day so I think the "Cut Diet 2500" with an added 500-700 Calories from Low GI carbs would be alright for my lean bulk.

What do you all think?
