Hi I'm 21 year old male who competes in the Scott Firefighter Combat challenge and was wondering what you'll thought about my new bulk diet. I lift 4 days a week and cardio 7 days with 3 days being intense cardio. I weigh 182 pounds with about 8 percent bodyfat.
