Chuck and Beast -

Would it be advisable to switch meal four and meal seven on the carb loading days? I'm about to get my workout in, and normally I'd consume meal four shortly thereafter, but I was thinking that my body might use those carbs more efficiently if I timed them directly after my workout. What do you think?

PS - At night, I'd just have meal four instead of meal seven before bed, so I'm getting the same total kcals.
