Here is what the site states......

Can someone explain what they [the individual PayPal user] would have to gain by submitting a case to these guys? I could see what the firm could gain if they collected 1 million complaints, [class action {f}law suit] but can't see what an individual would gain.. . . visit our continual online yard sales ... ... click here!
