I have a question for the scivation guys. Today is my off day and it happens to fall on my refeed day. Is it ok to skip the refeed? I understand the purpose of the re-feed but is it a MUST that I do it every 18th meal. Will it hurt my gains if I skip one here or there? Thanks guys.
