I'm currently on a cutting diet; however, I'd like to switch to one of Chuck's diets now. (I find the Chuck diet "easier" in that you are basically eating the same thing every day--which is what I want!) If I follow the charts on pg. 24 of Game Over, at minimum (assuming I'm an endomorph at 14%--which I'm not) I would consume 2700 calories per day on non-carb days and over 3000 on carb days. However, I know that my current maintenance is about 2300 calories. How should I switch?
