Sorry for asking such a simple question but my brain doesn't seem to be working this morning. I was looking at Chuck's ISSN presentation, which I think is great, and trying to workout out the calorie calculations. How do you combine the Harris Benedict Equation with activity factor?

Say I have a Harris Benedict Equation around 2200, an activity level of 1.5 and am an endo which gives AF-1. Obviously you don't take one from the activity factor, I must be missing something here.
