If you could pleae rate my diet that would be appriciated:

Meal 1:
1/4 cup of100% Bran Cereal
-1/2 cup Oats
-1 cup SKim Milk

Meal 2:
2 Cans of Tuna

Meal 3:
1/2 Cup of Brown Rice
6 Ounces of chicken

Meal 4:
Sliced Chicken or SLiced Turkey
2-3 Servings of veggies

Meal 5:
6 Ounces of Chicken
broccoli
Lemon Juice

Meal 6:
Whey Protein
1/2 cup of cottage cheese (non-fat)

Supps:
Multivitamin/ MInerals
EFA's (3,6,9)
Green Tea
EC stack (Don't use every day, for health purposes)

Now that i'm already this far, may as well include the Training :P
HIIT 3x per week
Long Distance running (1 Hour) 2-3x per week
WEight Training- 4 Day Split (Monday, WEdnesday, Thursday, Saturday)

ANy help or advice would be appreciated.
