Posted at February 26, 2013, 8:13 pm: I got my copy of the book a week or two ago and I enjoyed it. Some of it didn't apply to me because I don't plan on competing but there were a lot of interesting information in there. I really want to start on this program tomorrow because I've been eating garbage food and not training for probably a month now. Well, I shouldn't say not training. More like on and off, with these past few weeks not training at all. I feel sluggish and lacking energy with my current lifestyle and I want to go back to feeling good and full of energy and strength. I know I've been posting my concerns in some other threads and it's probably getting under your skin but please bare with me. If you can help me get off the ground with this and help with the basics to actually start this program, then I can continue with the rest myself and stop torturing you guys, lol. Anyways, in the Game Over book, pg. 24 there's a subheading titled "Determining Calories For The Cut Diet". Here it has the rough estimates and I know right away that I'm the category "High body fat (15%+) Endo = 28-31" 1. I'm not really sure what my bodyfat is exactly though. Here it gives the example of the 180lb male at 22%. I wish I had the utilities needed to measure my bodyfat but I don't, so where do I go from here? And could someone explain the figures for that formula? 2. My last few questions are regarding the diet. Is an individual on the Cut Diet supposed to choose one of the diets (Cut Diet 2,500, Cut Diet 3,000, etc.) according to the formula and then slowly lower total calories by 150-300 as mentioned on pg. 25? 3. How much grams of Carbs, fat, and protein should be taken with every meal? 4. For each of the individual diets, there is a list of meals. Some of these foods I don't have so I take it that these can be substituted. How should it be measured out. I'm sorry for taking your time.
