meal 1: 10 egg whites
2 yolks
1 c oatmeal
1/2 c reduced fat cottage cheese
approx 1/2 c veggies
1/2 scoop whey concentrate (mixed in oatmeal)

meal 2: 2 scoops whey (elite whey)
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tbsp natty pb
1/2 tbsp honey

meal 3: 2 chicken breast
1 c brown rice
2 c veggies/salad

meal 4: 8 oz 96/4 sirlon
1 sweet potato
2 c veggies/salad

meal 5: same as meal 3

meal 6: 2 scoops elite whey
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/4 c raw almonds

pwo: 2 scoops whey isolate
1/2 c cream wheat
1/2 c oats
2 tbsp honey

I am 25 years old a competive natural bodybuilder about to start my off season on 7/17/06. I have competed 2x before I placed 5th in the 05 northern michigan and 2 nd in 06 great lakes ironman, I have 1 more show coming up this weekend the natural Michigan than its off seson time for me.

I currently weight about 190 (ish) and have been training for the past 2 years constantly and about 4 more years before that I was training off and on because of I was in the service.

Any suggestions and ideas would be greatly appreciate
