Hi,
i apologize if this has been asked before but this question has really been bugging my head recently.
After reading through your posts regarding nutrition i still haven`t been able to find an answer to this question, or maybe i didn`t search enough.
Considering that i am currently trying to do a lean bulk i am ingesting my starchy carbs(oats) mostly around my workout, amounting to 80 to 100g of carbs, however during the rest of the day my remaining carb intake comes from fibrous veggies such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, spinach, cabbage, green beans, etc
So, my question comes down to this, do you guys think that i should add my fibrous carb intake to my daily carb intake?
I know that it can all comes down to calories in vs calories out however i was just wondering as ingesting a large amount of veggies really helps keeping my appetite at bay.
