Recently I purchased a doll that the seller described as "NIB". The doll had a broken leg when I received it. I emailed the seller and he responded to return the doll for a refund which I did. After he received the dol, he reneged on his promise to refund my money.
Check my web page which details the laughable attempt to recover my funds from Sqaure Trade (more eye-candy) and then PayPal. PayPal's emails are so inane, one would think they are scripted..
