I never understood why people always do bullshit isolation exercises when they can replace them with heavy compound movements and see much better results in strength and muscle mass. These 5 exercises are the only exercises that you need in a training routine.

1. Squat
2. Deadlift
3. Military Press
4. Bench Press
5. Barbell Row
