Isn't it ironic that the PayPal class-action claim web site "settlement4onlinepayments.com" took me about 5 tries to get to the short claim form, then after filling out the form and trying to submit it, repeatedly, about 10 times, all I get is a browser time-out error message that the web site is not responding. It won't let me submit the completed form. Isn't that what the law suit was about in the first place??
