I know it gets worse as the time goes up, but I just don't find it possible to keep it under 45 minutes while doing 2 body parts + having a workout buddy.. (or 5, lol). It usually goes up to around 1 ½ hours, sometimes less, not really more than that though.

So, how bad is it? Is it like, pointless to keep working out after 45 minutes, or not so bad? :d
