What up everyone, Just had a kick @ss Bicep workout today, went heavier then ever but when I got to back, I started Fadeing...I felt real disapointed I could'nt put the effort into back like I did with Bicep,I know it's normal to lose some strength towards end of the work out but what's your guys take on working out 1 muscle a day compared to 2???? Pro's and Con's Welcomed...and anyone seen real good results with 1 muscle a day???
