Everywhere I have read indicates a belt. I don't like them as I want to make my body as strong as possible without wraps, straps, and aids.

I am new to this move so I don't really know anything.

Started squats now (3 workouts so far), much more intense than Leg Presses and I was up to 600-700 for 6-8 reps, sometimes 10.

Been keeping my weight at 185-205 right now for 6-10 reps...once I get more smooth I will start upping the weight. I am doing free squats not smith machine so it's a bit scary alone...the uprights should catch the weight, but still it's a whole new ballgame.

Thanks
Å
