I have always dealt with eBay and PayPal, never had a problem. I listed some things on Yahoo recently so I went ahead and signed up w/ PayDirect and went through their verification.

I received a credit card payment ($850.00) from my buyer. PayDirect locked my account completely until the buyer receives his item. My first phone call to them, they said just call us back with the tracking number and all will be ok. So, I did, and then they said they will not unfreeze my funds until he RECEIVES the item and they call him to verify. At this point, they lock my account, I have no access to it, at 9:00 eastern on Friday. If I want it open on Monday, I have to call them Monday morning, they close it again Monday night..and so on.

The tracking shows he will receive the item on the 22nd, this Thursday and they are holding my money until then. I feel that this is ridiculous and I have never had this happen with PayPal.

Any input?

They probably have it locked due to the $$ amount.

I agree completely, I have removed the PayDirect option from all Yahoo...
