Chest day to me is the easy day at the gym, like for me legs is by far the most draining and hardest, then probally back if i include deadlifts on this day, then shoulders, I always feal a burn when working shoulders. But with chest i dont feal much pain or exauhstion at all, By no means do I have a really well developed chest but its in proportion to my body, I go to failure on the last set of each excercise i do and i do 3 or 4 sets per excercise but i just never find it hard, and my rest are not to long usually 2 - 3 mins between sets, i do reps in between 5-10 usually, but anyway my question is does anyone else feal this way when they train chest or does anyone find it difficult and tiring?
