For most of my routines I like to switch up at least 1 or 2 exercises every week
My shoulder routine has not changed in a long time (other than weight increases on shoulder press), here is what I do
4 sets of Front Raises with 20lb dumbells
increased from 15 but this is still pretty tough at this weight. Will this ever increase?
4 sets of Side Raises with 12 lb
I am scared to increase the weight on this one much, because my friend got a nasty shoulder injury from this a year ago by putting too much on and he still has not recovered
4 sets of Military Press (once in a while I will subsitute Arnold Press, but I obviously have to lower the weight
45lb dumbells - 10 rep
2x50lb dumbells - 7-8 rep
55lb dumbells 5-6 rep
4 sets behind neck shoulder press machin
I feel that my shoulders are lagging behind my bis and tris a bit and need help, any suggestions?

Unless your anterior deltoids are grossly under developed, which I kno...

You could switch to barbell and add some rear delt exercises.

You could add/subsitute lying side presses or lying laterals.

Add in bent over lateral raises

Drop the front raises.
