I have been working out for a few months now and I can tell that my back is going to be my main weakness. My back workout looks like this. I also usually throw in a set of bb curls because I do back/bis in the same day.

Deadlifts
Lat pulldowns
Seated row

It just seems that my upper back isn't really getting hit like I would want it to. When I wake up the next day after this workout, I can always feel it in my lower back and my traps. But I can't really feel it in my lats or my upper back. I'm not quite strong enough to do pullups yet, but I think those might be what I'm missing. I can do 100 for reps on the lat pulldowns, and my bodyweight is 130. So do you think that once I strengthen up my lats enough to be able to do pullups that it will widen my entire back? Or is there some type of row exercise I should try that you guys think would help me?

Well, for upper back, you can look up Pendlay rows.

replace lat pulldowns with chins/pull ups and add in a free weight ty...
