Ive just switched from high weight/low rep workouts to high rep/low weight workouts and now im sore as hell! i wasnt sore when i was doing high weight even when going as much weight as possible for me, except for the first time. but does this mean i was doing those wrong or do higher rep/low weight work muscle more?
