Will wonders never cease...

I got my 2nd negative (in 5 years) on 7/7 from a buyer who purchased a clock from me a month earlier. All he said was "never recieved". This item was tracked and, in fact, delivered on 6/4 (quick 2 days shipping time).

Course my real annoyance was that he never wrote me about any problems in recieving his item. You'd think he'd check one of the two shipping notices w/ tracking info he recieved.

I wrote him, and then decided it was worth calling by phone - so I did an Ebay contact search. Low and behold, the name on the account bore no resemblence to the name on the associated paypal account, and the phone number on file was "disconnected". The email used was also not from the same name.

I remembered that Ebay changed their feedback removal policy back in February to include "feedback left by members with false contact information". So I immediately filed a removal request based on false info.

To my suprise...within 24 hours....the feedback was removed.

Kinda made my day
