Haaaahahahahaha im a dipshit
Everytime ive tried squating, week after week ive been trying to perfect my form in my bedroom and everytime it hasnt felt right, its like when i squat down my joints take all the stress like my knees, ankles ect and ive been wanting to give up
I was confused as to whether i was too wide with my feet ect, really fcked off wondering why i couldnt do them
I think i was at like just 40kg and when i was squating i got a pain in my knee and all the times afterwards i could still feel it even in deadlift
Ive took a break for a couple of weeks and decided to try squating again but this time i did one thing different.....

I wore shoes LO
Wow the difference is fcking incredible, i only used 20kg cause my legs are toothpicks but i really felt the squats this time and my joints were fine, my feet were just outside shoulder width and i could easily go ATG and felt all the stress on my glutes, hamstrings and quads 10 times more then i could before
Its like my feet are inbeded into the floor because of the thick shoes making things really stable so now im able to push through my whole body and felt my abs working for the first time its feels excellent
I wake up today, my legs feel fine but my ass cheeks and hamstrings are really friggin sore......no knee problems what so ever

Moral of the story, dont squat bare footed like i was lol
