I am 5' 9.5" and 170lbs@about10% bodyfat. I want to put on about 15lbs of muscle.

My question is with all the pressing and pulling exercies I do on chest,shoulders and back days, can I neglect to do arm specific exercises? Are the arms being worked enough from the other compound exercises I do?

The biceps and triceps are such small muscles in comparison.
