me and my m8 are confused about how to train our chest to the full, wea re worried about overtraining. we do a three day split

monday-chest,back
wed-delts
fri-bi's& tri's

can someone give us a chest workout, we know you should not perform more than 3 exerices per body part and were wondering what flies,presses,dips to do .
