Looks like smith machine squats have completely ****ed me over. I tried to switch over to barbell recently and I'm basically doing a mini good morning to get the weight up. I just don't seem to have the flexibility. I tried to squat down with no weight and I can't even do that. The only way I am able to do it is if I hold on to something in front of me, but as soon as I let go I fall over backwards, haha.

How can I cure this problem?
