Hello,

This is my first post. I turned 14 on July 21st. I will be a freshman in HS this coming year. I want to gain muscle for hockey and baseball or golf and also just gain muscle. I am taking protein shakes now but with no creatine since i think that can screw up my growth muscles. Is it to early to start with weights? I have been doing 10 pound curles for the last week, but also pushups and situps too. Our hs gym is opoen now and don't know if I should start with weights and stop doing the 10 lb. curles and keep with the situps and pushups. I defenitly have gained muscle in my triceps and also my abs have inproved too but I don't know why. I would like to continue gaining muscle there and also on my biceps and abs. Also what is the best for my legs without weights, plyometrics and running/biking?
