On my back day, I usually do 4-5 sets of cable rows, 4-5 sets of hammer-grip cable pull-ups, and about 3 sets of straight-arm pull-downs. On my shoulder day I do face-pulls and shrugs.

My question is, should I do another exercise or other exercises on my back day to work the uppermost portion of the back: lower and middle fibers of traps, infraspinatus, teres muscles? I'm sure my lats get enough work, but do the exercises I do on my back day stimulate that uppermost portion sufficiently?

BB Rows aren't mandatory - though some type of row should be a permane...
