Hi there! I'm starting to workout on august, I'm 31 years of age, I want to get big, so I'm getting started on a routine that's 2 sets of each excersise for each muscle and for 6 reps each set, I'll be training monday, tuesday, thursday and friday. Will that work to get more muscle mass, of course I will be eating lots of protein and a well balanced diet to gain muscle mass, also I will be taking some supplements. But my question is, should I train the small muscles with 6 reps each set? like biceps,triceps,calves etc..
