Issue with my squat
It seems on the heavier sets, or towards the end of a long, light set, that I don't stand up fluidly with the weights. It's like the squat gets broken down into two parts: leg drive first, then a goodmorning of the weight second. Standing up with one fluid motion feels much more difficult.
Edit: I can perform the squat in one fluid motion under lower weight, but at heavier weight I stall, and my form turns into the leg drive-goodmorning split.
What's the weak link here?
