I really need advice on staying confident guys. I try and be confident and outgoing with lifting, but someone always brings me down. I hate being the guy with the negative/whining posts but everytime I try I get torn back down again. For instance some guy on myspace emailed me and said his penis was bigger then my arm so just give up on lifting weights blah blah blah! I know he was just being an idiot, but still, its things like that that get under a persons skin. I was never one of those guys who just shrugs things like this off. I've always been the type that gets all freaked out about what other people say. How can I stop this?
