Posted at October 27, 2014, 10:51 am: Hey guys, I'm needing some help. For the past month I have been getting stretch marks real bad. I did a search on these forums about it and most people say they didn't mind them, put some Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E on them, and they fade with time I didn't mind them until recently either. They started on my biceps, then triceps; the worst is still on my biceps. Now they are starting on my legs, back, chest, and traps. Since I've began working out after taking a week off (a month ago, which was also the first break I have took in 6 months) and catching up on my eating I have been making pretty good gains I am wanting to know should I take off another week to let my skin adjust? How bad could this get? How much do they actually fade? Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do It's a dilema because I have to sacrifice good gains or my skin, which I'm sure I will end up sacrificing the gains; that is something I hate doing though . Still haven't tried Cocoa Butter or Vitamin E (though my multi-vitamins have Vitamin E) so that could help, but I doubt they will prevent new ones I am sorry for making a post that has been done over and over, but my reasoning is I didn't see one when I search for a case that is as bad as mine. Most people didn't mind theirs in the posts with just a few stretch marks, so I am wondering what the response is for getting stretch marks all over EDIT: Also I am sorry if this is in the wrong section; wasn't sure where to put it.
