Sup guys. I have a bit of a problem with Bent over Barbell Rows nowadays. My problem seems to be that, whenever I do them, it feels like I'm working my biceps more than my back. My arms get super pumped before my back gets pumped. It sucks. It's hard to keep doing them when your arms are tired as hell and your back is not worked hard enough yet. I'm guessing something is wrong with my form. If i'm working my biceps more than my back, should my grip be further apart or closer together? Should I bend over more? Bend my knees more? Please help -- thanks guys
