Hey guys, I recently added deadlifts and weighted chins to my back routine because i realized what i was missing...My question is do you guys do deadlifts with every back workout, because i am often sore for 2-3 days after a good day of deads as i try to increase weight with each workout, and i usually workout back in the gym every 4-5 days..is this safe for my lower back especially, to be sore so often?..thanks

I think deadlifts are a leg exercise.

It really depends on your overall training and what you can handle.

If you're new to an exercise, the higher frequency can definitely help...

I do deads and squats every week.
