Hey guys, I am just curious if anyone can recommend some good routine's for putting on lean muscle mass ?

I've read hundred of articles and posts, but I guess I would prefer to hear from someone on here who has actually followed a routine and seen some great gains

I'm still sticking with my 16 week routine which revolves around only the following exercises; Squats, Deads, DB Mil Press, Weighted Dips and Pullups, Bench Press, Bent Over BB Row..... BUT ..... After reading various threads on here, I'm starting to question the frequency of my exercises and the set/rep count

I gained 15lbs in 5 weeks doing Rippetoe's Starting Strength.

I think that workout by Mike Mahler looks like a really good one.

Are you a beginner? Looking back I would have started on the Rippetoe ...

Just wondering if doing squats and deads 3 times a week is actually be...

With the volume prescribed on rippetoes program you won't be overdoing...
