I was talking to a few of the homies on here when the topic of hyoooge gunz came up. To my suprise, they all thought 21's were the key to 20 inch natural guns. I was stunned... I told them 21's are a great exercise and all... but crazy eights are better. BUT, they never even heard of crazy 8's!!! So, I guess I will let my secret out about huge biceps... crazy 8's... and this is how you execute this great exercise...
WARNING: This is a hardcore exercise. In fact, it has been called the widowmaker of the upper body. If you are not hardcore... do not attempt. It is so hardcore, Metroflex gym in Arlington won't allow them... it is that hard. Do not try unless under the supervision of a medical professional.
First off, you need two spotter or partners with you, an EZ bar, and 6 10lb plates.
Load the EZ bar with 3 10lb plates per side. DO NOT PUT COLLARS ON
Now, do that weight 8 times... on the 8th one, hold the weight at the top, do not let it rest at the bottom.
Now, your partners will take off ONE 10lbs plate from each side.
Curl that weight 8 times.. once again stop at the top
Now, your partners will take off another 10lbs plate
Once again, curl 8 times, stop at the top
The last plate is now removed
Curl 8 times again... and stop at the top
guess what... your NOT done... the pain cant stop, wont stop...
Put a 10 back on each side... curl 8 times
Add another 10... curl 8 times
Add the last 10... curl 8 times....
ONLY NOW you are done. Have a trash can near...90% of the time you will puke afterward. It shocks the body that much.
You may think I am joking... you may be thinking "there is no way any human being could go through that much pain"... well guess what.. if you cant do it... dont expect 20 inch guns... you have to be CRAZY to do crazy 8's.
