Hey, I just started doing deadlifts recently. I do regular DLs on my back day and SLDLs for my hamstrings on my leg day. Is this too much in one week? Also, my back and leg days are only a day apart (back-tues, legs-thurs). Should i move my leg day to friday to give my back an extra day of rest? Thanks for any advice.
